As a locally owned and operated business, BANKW Staffing is deeply invested in the people and causes that unite us and keep our communities strong and healthy. That’s why giving back is one of the foundational principles of the BANKW culture.
From supporting the arts, to empowering youth, to volunteering for local charities, BANKW encourages all employees to give back to the communities in which we live and work every day.
BANKW Staffing has averaged annual donations of $20k to charitable causes throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts, not to mention time our employees donate to local causes. Here are just a few of the charitable organizations we support:

All BANKW employees have access to 40 hours of paid time off for charitable volunteer work. As part of our mission and core values, BANKW is committed to providing our employees with the opportunity to give back through company initiatives as well as volunteer their time to organizations of their choice.
Employees have donated their time and talents to painting projects, outside yard clean up, building furniture and equipment, caring for animals, packing back-to-school supplies, collecting canned goods, and much more.
