The New Hampshire-Headquartered Staffing Firm Ranked No. 83 on America’s Best Professional Recruitment Firms List

BEDFORD, N.H. – APR 9, 2018 – Today, Alexander Technology Group was named by Forbes Media, in partnership with Statista, to the 2018 List of America’s Best Recruitment Firms. For America’s Best Professional Recruitment Firms, Alexander Technology Group ranked No. 83. A total of 250 firms are ranked on this list.

“This marks the first year of Alexander Technology Group being named to this prestigious list, so not only are we excited about the acknowledgement but we’re honored that the nomination came from our candidates and the HR executives we work with every day,” said Jason Alexander, Founder of Alexander Technology Group and Managing Partner of BANKW Staffing. “You can’t make successful placements without both sides of the hiring equation, and we are fortunate to work with some of the best employers and top technology talent in the region.”

“We are in a fast paced industry, yet taking the time to provide exemplary service to both our clients and candidates remains our top priority. I’m extremely proud of our team being recognized in this way by Forbes Media,” said Paul Silvio, Vice President of Alexander Technology Group.

Alexander Technology Group is a locally owned full-service staffing and recruiting company headquartered in New Hampshire and specializes in IT staffing and solutions.

Forbes partnered with the analytics firm Statista to compile the two lists of America’s Best Recruiting Firms. The first list ranks 250 professional search firms that specialize in positions earning less than $100,000 in annual income per year. The second list ranks 250 executive search firms, which is defined as companies that place executives in positions with annual incomes in excess of $100,000 per year.

Statista consulted trade organizations and company databases to identify 4,500 candidates and HR managers and executives in both of the two categories. They were asked to name recruiting firms they know and had worked with in the last three years and to assess the nominated recruiting firms on a scale from 1 (“poor”) to 6 (“excellent”) on qualities like the selection of offered positions, process and communication. Then, 30,000 external recruiters were consulted with as experts and invited to take an online survey. They were asked to recommend up to 10 recruiting firms (excluding their own); in total, 14,500 recommendations were gathered.

The resulting list and ranking is comprised exclusively of recruiting firms that have a sufficient number of nominations from these key populations of recruiting services consumers.

About “America’s Best Recruiting Firms” Lists

For the ranking of “America’s Best Recruiting Firms” Statista and Forbes Media divided the broad field of recruitment firms into two categories: Executive Search, or those companies specialized in the permanent placement of executive positions earning at least $100,000 in income per year, and Professional Search, which refers to those firms specializing in the permanent placement of professional and specialist positions with salaries up to $100,000 per year.

The surveys took place between December 13, 2017 and February 12, 2018.

In total 6,500 respondents took this year’s surveys with more than 14,500 nominations of recruiting firms. Rankings are based on the results of two surveys – a client survey, which was sent to candidates and HR managers, and an expert survey, which was sent to external recruiters.
